Deals - FDD - Senior Associate/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence analyses on target companies, focusing on key areas such as revenue, earnings, working capital, and debt.

- Identify and analyze key financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Prepare high-quality, insightful reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients involved in M&A transactions.

- Collaborate effectively with engagement teams, clients, and other advisors to ensure seamless execution of due diligence engagements.

- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

- Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Required Skillset:

- Relevant FDD experience of 2-8 years

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or related fields, preferably within a Big 4 firm.
