International Project Opportunity:

About the Role:
We are seeking Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with strong experience in Finance Transformation and Bank Audit within the Banking & Insurance sector. This is a full-time opportunity based in India, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact consulting and transformation engagements for leading financial institutions across India and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Finance Transformation initiatives for Banking & Insurance clients.
- Manage and support regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
- Support and coordinate Bank Audits, Statutory Audits, and Internal Audits, including audit documentation, schedules, and stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and reporting packs.
- Perform FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Drive finance process optimization, reporting automation, ERP implementation, and governance initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy, financial controls, and operating models.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- 37 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in the Banking & Insurance industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in Bank Audit (Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or Regulatory Audit).
- Good understanding of finance & accounting processes, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Banking & Insurance organizations
4. Finance Transformation and Financial Reporting projects
5. Regulatory Reporting and Banking Audit engagements
Travel Requirement (Mandatory):
Candidates must be willing to travel to the Middle East for onsite client engagements lasting 39 months, while being employed in a full-time role based in India.
