Responsibilities

- Conducting end-to-end credit underwriting and ongoing monitoring of corporate loan portfolios across sectors.

- Preparing detailed credit notes, performing financial and EBITDA analysis, and assessing capital structures.

- Carrying out industry risk reviews and identifying credit red flags with mitigation proposals.

- Presenting credit assessments and recommendations to credit committees and client stakeholders.

- Leading, mentoring and quality-checking a team of credit analysts to drive process rigor and timely delivery.

- Managing client relationships and independently running new client projects with minimal guidance.

Requirements

- 810 years experience in credit underwriting / portfolio monitoring of corporate loans.

- Strong financial modelling, ratio and EBITDA analysis skills and deep commercial lending domain knowledge.

- 12 years of supervisory or managerial experience (preferred).

- Proven client-management skills and experience presenting to credit committees.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and drive process improvements.
