Description:
We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our Corporate Development & Strategy team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will work directly with the leadership team on M&A, investment evaluations, strategic initiatives, and long-term value creation.
The ideal candidate comes from a front-office Investment Banking background and is now looking to transition to the buy-side taking ownership of end-to-end deal evaluation, diligence, negotiation, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and execute potential acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
- Build financial models (DCF, comps, LBO, scenario planning) and evaluate business attractiveness.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence alongside internal teams and external advisors.
- Support negotiations on deal structure, terms, valuation, and integration frameworks.
What Were Looking For:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in front-office Investment Banking (M&A, PE coverage, VC coverage, ECM/DCM deal teams) at a top-tier firm.
- Tier-1 academic pedigree: IIT/IIM/ISB/Ivy League/Top global MBA.
- Strong grasp of deal processes, modelling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
