Senior Associate - Investments - Music/Entertainment/Sports/Consumer Food & Retail Business

Investment Strategy & Execution:

- Assist in developing the investment strategy across sectors.

- Identify opportunities

- Conduct due diligence, valuation, and risk assessment of potential investments.

- Structure, negotiate, and close investment deals with industry stakeholders.

Portfolio Management:

- Assist in managing the portfolio of investments to maximize returns.

- Collaborate with portfolio companies to scale operations, enhance profitability, and expand market reach.

- Build synergies between various assets and the wider ecosystem.

Industry & Market Development:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends in respective sectors.

- Leverage strong industry networks

Pedigree: IIT / IIM / ISB / Ivy League (or equivalent).

Experience:

- 2-4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Venture Capital, or Private Equity.

- Sector exposure to consumer, retail, sports, entertainment, or media is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong financial modeling & valuation, Market research, competitive benchmarking, industry deep-dives, Creation of board-ready presentations, Data sourcing, analysis, and insight generation, Structured problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.

- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, hungry, resourceful.

- Comfortable in lean, high-output teams.
