Senior Investment Banking Associate - Surat - Upto 24 LPA

Job Overview:

Lead end-to-end execution of private equity and IPO mandates - from origination support, financial modeling, and valuation to investor presentations, roadshows, and deal closures. You'll shape strategy, manage investor dialogues, and drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full cycle equity deal execution independently

- Manage client onboarding, collaterals, & IMs

- Build and present financial models & valuations

- Pitch deals to investors, address queries

- Close deals from origination through investor acceptance

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of front-end ECM experience (Private Equity fund-raises / IPOs)

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and investor-grade presentations using Excel, - PowerPoint, and relevant financial databases/ tools

- Excellent communication, client management & execution skills with the ability to distill complex concepts for promoters, investors, and stakeholders

- Ability to independently manage execution workstreams and investor interactions with Ownership Mindset

- Willingness to relocate to Surat with flexibility to travel as required by deal flow

- CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA Charterholder preferred
