Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Manage the full influencer funnel - outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and creator strengths.
- Coordinate content calendars, creative briefs, deliverables, and timelines for ongoing influencer campaigns.
- Analyze creator performance, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), and optimize for better outcomes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and affiliate partners.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, product, and brand teams to integrate creator insights into broader initiatives.
- Monitor trends across social platforms and identify new creator categories or formats to test.
- Manage campaign budgets, payouts, and compliance with contracts and brand guidelines.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights for leadership review.
