We are hiring for our client, a leading governance consulting firm that works closely with multiple State Governments and the Government of India. The organization drives large-scale transformation programs across domains such as education, health, agriculture, livelihoods, and public service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to deeply understand complex governance problems.
- Drive structured problem-solving to design actionable and scalable solutions.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of assigned workstreams or initiatives.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, partner organizations, funders, and domain experts.
- Track on-ground progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution for measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT / IIM / ISB / NITIE / top economics, public policy, or liberal arts colleges).
- Experience working in a Tier 1 consulting firm, high-growth startup, or governance/impact-focused organization.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in small teams, lead workstreams independently, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset, resilience in challenging environments, and willingness to travel extensively to Tier-2/3 cities.
