Senior Associate - Founder's Office - Energy/Power Sector

About the Venture

A leading smart grid infrastructure venture, building next-generation platforms and products that integrate monitoring, analytics, and mitigation technologies to enhance grid reliability and power resilience across utilities, industries, data centers, and EV infrastructure in India, and across the globe.

As part of the core team, you will work directly with the leadership to shape business strategy, market development, and ecosystem partnerships for this high-impact energy venture.

Key Focus Areas -

Strategy & Market Development

- Support founders in developing the market entry roadmap, go-to-market model, and commercial strategy for PQ solutions.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis on policy, technology, and market opportunities in power quality and grid modernization.

- Build business cases for "PQ as a Service" models and potential partnerships with utilities, EPCs, and OEMs.

- Prepare strategy decks, and internal business plans.

Ecosystem Enablement

- Engage with utilities, regulators, industry associations, and industry to accelerate power quality awareness and adoption.

- Track tenders, programs, and policy frameworks shaping India's PQ and grid stability agenda.

- Coordinate with research bodies, think tanks, and technology providers for joint initiatives and pilots.

Technical Consulting & POC Execution

- Support field studies, Power quality data analysis, and proof-of-concept deployments.

- Translate technical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.

- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to align customer requirements with product and system design.

Preferred Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Power Systems / Energy or related discipline from a Tier-1 institution (IIT / NIT / BITS / equivalent).

- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, market development, or strategy roles - ideally in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial tech domains.

- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) with strategy consulting or business building exposure is a strong plus.

- Passion for energy transition, grid systems, and industrial innovation.

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills - ability to operate at both strategy and execution levels.
