Senior Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

We are hiring for an exciting FP&A opportunity at the Senior Associate - Level 2 position for BIG4

Designation: Senior Associate - Level 2 (FP&A)

Experience: 2.5-4.5 years (post-qualification)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

Location: Bengaluru (only Bengaluru-based candidates)

Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice or with a notice period of up to 45 days will be considered.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Strong exposure to FP&A with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Hands-on experience in compensation costing and workforce cost management

- Experience in headcount planning including joiners, leavers, backfills, and attrition impact

- Ability to analyze cost per FTE, utilization, margins, and workforce mix

- Strong accounting knowledge including P&L and Balance Sheet review

- Preparation of MIS, dashboards, and management reports

- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and logical reasoning

- Ability to work under tight timelines with a high level of ownership
