Role : Senior Associate

Minimum 8+yrs of exp in Financial Planning & Analysis, #forecasting,#budgeting, #compliance & exp in #ERPsystems

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to oversee financial operations across our India and US entities.

This role will be responsible for managing FP&A activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-border finance management, compliance, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for both US and India operations

- Monitor financial performance against targets and provide variance analysis

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership

Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian accounting standards

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

- Transfer pricing workings and compliance

- US tax codes, labor-related taxes, and other compliance

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

- Support AP and AR teams in invoice verification, vendor payouts, and collections

- Implement approval workflows for vendor invoices and expense reports

- Maintain accurate aging reports and resolve discrepancies promptly

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely fund transfers between entities

- Optimize working capital and manage currency exchange considerations

Process Improvement & Automation:

- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and implement automation tools

- Ensure robust internal controls and risk management practices

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to align financial goals

- Serve as the primary liaison between US and India finance teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

- 8+ years of experience in finance operations, with exposure to international accounting

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards

- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
