Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence - Consulting Firm

- Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for Indian and global clients

- Analyse Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital (NWC), Net Debt, and debt-like items

- Review financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, to identify key trends and drivers

- Prepare and review databooks, working papers, and FDD reports aligned with global standards

- Identify risks, red flags, potential deal breakers, and key business performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to client discussions and deliverables.
