- Develop and implement a global PR strategy aligned with vision, growth plans and brand positioning.
- Lead media relations: identify, establish and nurture relationships with key journalists, influencers, analysts and publications.
- Craft high-impact messaging and content: press releases, leadership profiles, by-line articles, thought leadership pieces, op-eds, executive interviews, case studies, etc., with impeccable writing clarity and brand voice.
- Manage brand-driven campaigns around major milestones: new partnerships, product launches, corporate announcements, leadership hires, awards, etc.
- Monitor media sentiment, track coverage, generate insights and report on PR KPIs (share of voice, sentiment, media value, brand reach).
- Interface confidently with senior leaders, partners, and investors, representing with professionalism, credibility, and strong communication presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Brand, Global Growth, Partnerships, Corporate Development, Investor Relations to ensure coherence of external messaging, launch support for new programmes, partnerships and market entries.
- Act as a brand guardian: maintain consistency of voice and positioning across all external communications.
- Provide strategic counsel to the Founder and senior leadership on reputation risk, media-opportunity readiness, and crisis communications.
- Drive internal stakeholder engagement: support leadership communications, employee-facing announcements, and ensure communications alignment across regions.
