About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Career Advancement Services (CAS) team, responsible for driving Corporate Business Development and Employer Engagement initiatives.

The role focuses on building strong industry relationships, expanding recruiter networks, and ensuring successful career outcomes for students through strategic engagement with top corporates across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute business development strategies to attract new recruiters and strengthen existing corporate relationships.

- Identify and onboard companies across BFSI, Consulting, Education, and allied sectors for placements and internships.

- Build long-term partnerships with HR heads, CXOs, and industry leaders to align hiring needs with student capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders program teams, student clubs, alumni relations, and academic leadership to drive placement outcomes.

- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to meet departmental goals.

- Represent the institution at industry forums, conferences, and placement events to enhance employer engagement.

- Monitor KPIs and report progress on business development and placement initiatives.

- Strong experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management / Client Partnerships.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders in large corporates.

- Strategic thinking, team leadership, and planning capabilities.

- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting ability.

Preferred Background

- 10-15 years of experience in Corporate Business Development, Client Relations, or Employer Engagement roles.

- Exposure to Education, BFSI, Consulting, or Services sectors preferred.

- Prior experience in placement or industry interface functions will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Senior Manager: Up to 23 LPA

Associate Director / Senior Associate Director: Up to 34 LPA

(Compensation will be based on relevant experience and fitment.)
