The role will focus on building scalable digital journeys, integrating OEM & channel partners, enhancing lending systems, and driving process automation. The position requires strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems, APIs, partner integrations, LOS/LMS workflows, and technology delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Integrations (OEMs, Dealers, Fintechs, Aggregators) Lead end-to-end integration with Hero MotoCorp, EV OEMs, fintech partners, dealer platforms, and digital sourcing channels. Work with partners and internal IT to define API flows, data exchange formats, and functional journeys. Coordinate sandbox testing, certification, and go-live for partner journeys (TW loans, Used Car, New Car, EV).
2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation - Engage with business teams (TW, Used Car, New Car, EV) to understand process gaps and digital enhancement needs. Prepare comprehensive BRDs covering business flows, validations, scorecards, document requirements, and compliance parameters. Collaborate with IT/Tech partners to review and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
3. Technology Delivery & Project Management
- Raise and manage JIRA tickets for change requests, new features, integrations, and bug fixes. Track developer productivity, sprint completion, delays, and issue backlogs.
- Ensure alignment of project milestones with business priorities and timelines.
- Support release planning and pre-production readiness.
4. Testing & Production Stability
- Conduct detailed UAT testing for LOS, LMS, loan journey enhancements, underwriting rules, mobile app features, and partner integrations.
- Perform regression testing for every release to ensure platform stability.
- Track and resolve production issues, coordinating with tech and infra teams for quick resolution.
- Monitor key digital KPIs-TAT, conversion rates, bounce rates, drop-offs in digital journeys.
5. Product Development & Roadmap
- Contribute to the digital product roadmap for vehicle loans-customer app, dealer app,
- DSA journey, OEM journeys, and back-end system upgrades.
- Identify automation opportunities (KYC verification, income assessment, video KYC, eNach/eSign, AI-based scorecards).
- Evaluate market solutions like OCR, alternate data underwriting, fraud detection tools, decision engines, etc.
6. Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Maintain strong coordination with Business, Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance,
- Collections, Analytics, OEM Partners, and IT.
- Track partner SLAs, system uptime, and funnel performance.
- Support business teams on training, onboarding, and go-live readiness for new digital journeys.
