About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing Deals Strategy team within a global consulting firms Acceleration Center. The team supports global clientsPrivate Equity firms and Corporatesacross the full M&A lifecycle, including commercial due diligence, investment strategy, value creation, and exit planning.
This role involves working closely with US-based teams, providing deep research, analytics, and strategic insights across diverse industries such as Technology, Media, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail, Industrial Products, and Energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of strategic M&A projects, including market assessments, competitor benchmarking, survey analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Conduct both primary and secondary research, analyze complex data, and prepare client-ready deliverables.
- Collaborate with global teams to support client engagements and ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance of outputs.
- Contribute to onboarding, training programs, and knowledge-sharing within the Acceleration Center.
- Develop automation solutions and leverage data visualization tools to enhance deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and M&A developments to support ongoing engagements.
- Assist in practice enablement activities such as proposals, client interactions, and internal process improvements.
- Provide guidance to junior team members, ensuring consistent quality and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, analytics, or M&A advisory.
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau / Power BI, Excel, or Google Charts for data visualization.
- Strong experience in research (desktop/web/surveys), financial analysis, and report development.
- Experience in Private Equity, Commercial Due Diligence, Target Screening, or M&A Strategy preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA from a premier B-school (preferred)
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated leadership potential
