Senior Associate Value Creation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Associate Value Creation to support deal and transaction engagements across the engagement lifecycle. The role will involve financial, operational, and analytical analysis across transactions, with a focus on operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, restructuring, performance improvement, and value creation initiatives. The role will work closely with deal teams and stakeholders to evaluate financial and operational issues, identify opportunities for value creation, and develop data-driven insights to support transaction decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Analysis:

- Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives.

- Support workstreams across Operational Due Diligence (ODD), integration, carve-out execution, and value tracking.

- Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams.

- Analyze management inputs and large datasets to develop clear findings, observations, and actionable insights.

Tool Development & Knowledge Enablement:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to support project execution.

- Support the creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with deal requirements.

- Capture project learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements.

Internal / Capability-Building Activities:

- Support knowledge development, research, and content creation initiatives.

- Contribute to internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities.

- Participate in initiatives focused on improving delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.

- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to structure, interpret, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.

- Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and operational performance metrics.

- Exposure to M&A / Deal Advisory engagements, including:

1. Operational Due Diligence

2. Integration

3. Carve-outs

4. Transaction-related analysis

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity deal environments with strong ownership and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner.

- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background.
