Senior Associate - Deal Value Creation

Responsibilities:

1. Project delivery & analysis:

- Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives.

- Support workstreams across operational diligence (ODD), integration, carve-out execution, and value tracking.

- Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams.

- Synthesize management inputs and large datasets into clear findings, observations, and structured insights.

2. Tool Development & knowledge enablement:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to support consistent and efficient project execution.

- Support creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with evolving deal requirements.

- Assist in capturing learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements.

3. Firm reinvestment activities:

- Support internal initiatives focused on capability building, including knowledge development, research, and content creation.

- Contribute to preparation of internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities.

- Participate in firm-led efforts aimed at strengthening delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.

- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to structure, interpret, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.

- Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and operational performance metrics.

- Exposure to M&A / deal advisory engagements, including operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, or transaction-related analysis.

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity deal environments with strong ownership and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner.

- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background.
