
Responsibilities for the job
1.Managing preparation of monthly /weekly / fortnightly credit decks / PPTs as per prescribed formats
2.Analytics & Monitoring work on the Portfolio (LAP / GECL / OTR / Bucket X / Delinquency KPIs / Early Mortality etc)
3.Presentation of Monthly Review of the LAP Portfolio along with relevant cuts
4.Responsible for timely preparation of various business MIS & Sharing with Various Stakeholders
5.To ensure adherence to Company Culture Policy and Value based indicator manual & maintaining discipline and decorum. Ensure development of self and team on these parameters.
6.To ensure adequate training / motivation and mentoring of team for them to do their roles efficiently
7.Train sales and credit folks to ensure compliance to new digital initiatives / policies and process norms
8.Give Inputs for designing and implementation of credit policies and do periodic reviews to keep the policy aligned to Industry.
