Our client, a global consulting firm renowned for partnering with leading organisations across industries to drive transformative change and deliver breakthrough results.

This permanent Senior Associate/Consultant opportunity sits within the core consulting teams in India, focusing on high-impact strategic, operational, and organizational projects-often in consumer-facing sectors. The consultant will play a pivotal role in helping clients (including leading FMCG companies) tackle complex business challenges, craft data-driven strategies, and achieve measurable performance improvements, leveraging the organisation's world-class problem-solving frameworks and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


- Work as an integral member of project teams to identify critical client issues in strategic, operational, and organizational domains, conducting rigorous fact-based analyses to develop actionable solutions


- Collaborate closely with diverse team members, senior Partners, and client executives to test hypotheses, refine recommendations, and drive implementation for tangible impact

- Engage directly with clients to present insights, build consensus on strategic directions, and support execution efforts that deliver breakthrough results

- Contribute to deepening the firm's expertise in key topics (particularly consumer goods/FMCG), including marketing, sales, distribution, and brand strategies

- Support business development initiatives led by Partners, such as proposal development and client relationship building in relevant sectors

- Participate actively in orientation, training, and mentoring programs to continuously build consulting skills and leadership capabilities

Your Background:

- 3-6+ years of professional experience, ideally with strong pre-MBA sales and marketing roles in leading FMCG/consumer goods companies or blue-chip firms

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (e.g., IIMs, ISB, or equivalent top global programs) required

- Proven analytical mindset, structured problem-solving abilities, and experience translating insights into strategic recommendations

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration

- Sector familiarity in consumer products/FMCG, with exposure to marketing strategy, sales force effectiveness, distribution/channel management, or brand building, preferred

- High energy, adaptability, and a passion for driving client impact in dynamic environments

This is a permanent, full-time position with offices in either Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore - primarily onsite.
