Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President - Risk & Performance Reporting Analytics

Description:

- Senior Associate / AVP (8-14 Years)

- Advanced Portfolio Analytics

- Lead creation of advanced risk and performance analytics, including attribution, liquidity analysis, leverage/structural risk, and downside scenarios.

- Oversee analytics for Private Credit, Opportunistic Credit, or Special Situations strategies.

Reporting Leadership:

- Own end-to-end reporting cycles: monthly, quarterly, and annual performance packages.

- Drive improvements in reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytical methodologies.

- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external industry standards.

Data Engineering & Automation Oversight:

- Architect scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL.

- Lead development of complex Power BI dashboards for front-office and senior management.

- Implement quality controls, validation frameworks, and automation best practices.

Portfolio & Investment Team Partnership:

- Partner with senior investment professionals to analyze deals, portfolio risks, and return drivers.

- Provide insights for credit underwriting, monitoring, and restructuring scenarios.

- Present analytical findings to senior leadership.

Mentorship & Stakeholder Management:

- Mentor junior analysts on analytics, reporting, and tools.

- Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning risk, technology, operations, and investment teams.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders (auditors, consultants, data vendors) where required.
