Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking

Primary Responsibilities:

- Work with the team to ensure delivery of high fundraising solutions for clients.

- Work on a wide range of responsibilities from initial client pitches till transaction closing.

- Supervise the team in preparation of information memorandum, research on industry and sector as part of transaction execution;

- Lead transaction execution by investor/lender reach outs, negotiation of term sheets and other transaction documents.

- Key focus on business development by reaching out to potential clients across sectors

Experience/ Skill sets:

- Work experience of 5 to 7 years

- Investment banking experience with PE/VC distribution mandatory

- Ability to have mature conversations with promoters/CFOs

- Strong financial modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills

- Good oral and written communication skills
