Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President - Deal Advisory - Infrastructure/Power/Renewables

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in Deal Advisory / Transaction Advisory to support strategic transactions across Infrastructure, Power, Renewable Energy, and Data Centre sectors. The role involves financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution support, and preparation of investment materials for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end execution of transaction advisory and deal engagements.

- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling for investment opportunities and transactions.

- Analyze financial statements, operational data, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.

- Assist in preparation of pitch books, investment memorandums, transaction documents, and client presentations.

- Perform industry and market research across Infrastructure, Power, Renewables, and Data Centre sectors.

- Support due diligence activities including commercial, financial, and operational assessments.

- Support deal origination activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders during transaction processes.

- Prepare concise reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

- Ensure high accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work products.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA / CA / CFA / equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

- 56 years of experience in Deal Advisory / Transaction Advisory, preferably with a Big 4 or reputed consulting firm.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines.

- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities.
