Senior Associate - Accounts & Taxation - CA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join the finance team as a Senior Associate - Accounts & Taxation at our client's office in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, reporting, and tax compliance. Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

Experience: 5-8 years post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.

Skills & Attributes:

- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation and consolidation.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

- High level of proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including the consolidation of accounts for various entities.

- Transactional Oversight: Ensure all financial transactions are meticulously recorded, filed, and reported in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Audit & Compliance: Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors to ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Budgeting & Planning: Develop data-driven budgets and financial plans to support strategic business decisions and growth objectives.

- Ledger & Closing Management: Oversee all general ledger functions and manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Investor Relations: Handle Investor MIS and other related reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy in communications with stakeholders.
