
Role Overview
Fynro is seeking a visionary and result-oriented Sr. AVP/AVP to lead our city-wide operations. This is a dual-focus leadership role. First, you will act as the primary hunter for "Mega-Corporate" accounts (4,000+ employees) and HRMS platform partnerships. Second, you will serve as the City Business Head, managing the P&L and directing the sales teams across the Corporate, Aggregator, and Activation channels. You will be fully responsible for the city as an independent cost center.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships (Direct Contribution)
- Mega-Corporate Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with large-scale enterprises (workforce >4,000) to integrate Fynro as a core employee financial wellness benefit.
- HRMS Ecosystem Integration: Build strategic alliances with HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and Payroll software companies to gain indirect, scalable access to their entire client database of employees.
- C-Suite Engagement: Navigate high-level conversations with CHROs, CFOs, and CEOs to position financial planning as a tool for increasing employee productivity and retention.
2. Multi-Channel Leadership (Team Management)
- Corporate Team: Direct the Senior Managers in closing mid-sized corporate accounts and executing on-site wellness activities.
- Aggregator Channel: Oversee the strategy for recruiting top-tier financial distributors (CAs, Wealth Managers) to ensure a high-trust, high-volume referral engine.
- Activation Channel: Supervise the deployment of digital kiosks in high-footfall areas (malls/tech parks) and manage the productivity of the on-ground ambassador teams.
3. P&L & Cost Center Management
- Financial Accountability: Manage the entire city budget (approx. - 123 Lacs per city) as a dedicated cost center.
- Unit Economics: Monitor and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) across all three channels to ensure regional profitability.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically deploy manpower (13-member team) to maximize ROI based on seasonal trends and market opportunities.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 12-15+ years in Institutional Sales, Corporate Relations, or Regional Business Management.
- Sector Background: Preference for leaders from FinTech, Insurance (Group Sales), Banking (Corporate Salary), or SaaS/HR-Tech backgrounds.
- Network: Must have an existing network of HR leaders and decision-makers in large-scale corporate houses.
- Leadership Scale: Proven experience in managing multi-layered teams (Managers, Executives, and Interns).
- Educational Background: MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent professional experience in strategic business management.
