Description:
- Experience in Analytics, Team Management, Client Engagement, Solutioning, P&L, Revenue Management, RFPs
- Skill - Intermediate experience in SQL & Python is good to have(not mandate)
- Preferable candidates from Ecommerce, Start Ups or Analytics Organization
- Managed P&L responsibilities(Revenue Management) and a team of at least 30 people for more than two years (12+ years in industry.
- Should have actively led and won RFP's and project proposals.
- Should be able to lead client and big team growth independently ++ CoEs
Key Responsibilities:- Account Leadership: Serve as the primary AI & Analytics leader for the account, driving strategy, delivery, and client engagement. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation through data-driven solutions.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee multiple engagements across data engineering, advanced analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engagement managers, project managers, and analytics professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Growth & Transformation: Identify and drive opportunities for account growth through consulting-led approaches and differentiated AI/ML offerings. Partner with internal teams to develop new solutions and accelerators that enhance client outcomes.
