Job Title - Senior/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct functional, industry, economic, and benchmarking analyses using TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat).

- Assist in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies for clients.

- Advise clients on BEPS-related developments, including CbCR, Master File, and Local File requirements.

- Support clients in handling TP audits and assessments.

- Draft technical reports, proposals, presentations, and client communications.

- Coordinate with global teams and foreign offices on cross-border transfer pricing matters.

- Stay updated on changes in Indian and global TP laws and their impact on clients.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: CA/Non-CA

Experience:

- Senior-5 years of relevant experience in Indian TP.

- Assistant Manager: 7 years of relevant experience in Indian TP.
