Experience - 1 years post CA at senior grade & 3 years post at AM Grade.

What We're Looking For:

Post CA with 1 year PQE

Strong experience in Statutory Audit

Role Overview:

You will be part of the Audit & Assurance - Financial Services team, responsible for delivering high-quality statutory audit and assurance services to leading FS clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Execution & Documentation:

- Conduct statutory audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards (Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP - as required).

- Prepare and review audit working papers, lead schedules, and documentation in audit tools.

- Perform risk assessments and identify key audit issues.

Client Delivery & Quality:

- Ensure timely completion of all audit procedures and deliverables.

- Maintain high audit quality aligned with global Big 4 methodologies.

- Support global engagement teams for offshore/onshore audits.

- Financial Services Focus

Execute audit testing for FS-specific areas:

- Loans & advances

- Investments

- Fair valuation

- Treasury operations

- Revenue & fee income

- Regulatory reporting

- Understand FS regulations (RBI/IRDAI/SEBI where applicable).

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Interact with global audit teams, clients, and cross-functional groups.

- Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally.

- Provide support during issue resolution and finalization.

Compliance & Standards:

- Stay updated with auditing standards, regulatory guidelines, and industry practices.

- Ensure compliance with internal quality processes and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit

- Must have experience handling Financial Services clients

- Good understanding of audit tools and working in global delivery models

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in Big 4 / Big 10 / leading consulting firms

- Exposure to audit of banks, NBFCs, insurance, asset management companies

- Experience working with global stakeholders or international audits
