
- Responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and distributor performance.
- The role involves managing channel sales, executing trade marketing initiatives, leading distributor sales officers (DSOs), and strengthening consumer engagement activities in the assigned region.
- Drive increases in market share, dealer reach, and distribution depth (number of SKUs billed).
- Plan sales forecasting, trade marketing initiatives, and execution.
- Manage and train the sales team and DSO team.
- Conduct dealer and consumer engagement activities including teacher events, dealer training, college inductions, and orientations.
- Strengthen SCI presence by increasing counter share and dealer billing count.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for effective execution of sales strategies.
- Ensure profitability and efficient budget utilization.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics/Durables or Stationery industry preferred.
- Graduation with MBA preferred.
- Experience in handling large distributor networks and regional sales operations.
