
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve primary sales targets for Calculators (CES) & Musical Instruments (EMI).
2. Deliver category-wise targets across CES & EMI.
3. Increase market share and enhance dealer reach & billing count.
4. Improve distribution depth (SKUs billed) and category-wise penetration.
5. Strengthen SCI presence & Conduct consumer engagement activities.
6. Drive dealer-focused activities: teacher meets, DSO/dealer training for EMI & CES.
7. Participate in dealer events, college inductions/orientations.
8. Train & motivate the Sales/CIC teams (Team Handling).
9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Strong experience in General Trade & Channel Sales
- Proven ability in sales planning, forecasting & trade marketing execution
- Channel Sales (distribution) experience with state-level strategy & execution
- Experience handling monthly Turnover of - 2 Cr or above
- DSO Team Handling experience
- High proficiency in MS Office
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation + MBA (mandatory)
- Experience in General Trade & Channel Trade
- Experience in Music/Education/Consumer Electronics industry preferred
