Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Location: Bangalore, India Practice: India Practice Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Chartered Accountants with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Statutory Audit within the India practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and auditing standards. This role involves leading audit engagements, managing teams, and ensuring the highest level of audit quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage statutory audit engagements across industries in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. - Review financial statements, audit documentation, and ensure accuracy and compliance. - Supervise and guide audit teams throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Handle complex accounting and audit issues and provide sound technical guidance. - Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication, timely data flow, and resolution of queries. - Ensure adherence to firm methodology, audit quality standards, and regulatory updates. - Assist in planning engagements, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Contribute to training, development, and mentoring of junior team members.
