Senior Area Sales Manager
Description :
- Manage and drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned area
- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers/Executives and distributor sales teams
- Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors to ensure optimal coverage
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and new product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and visibility
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies and processes
- Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and channel partners
- Ensure timely collections and inventory control
Requirements :- 5 to 8 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a team-handling role
- Strong knowledge of Chennai GT market and distribution systems
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills
