Education Qualification: DME / BE (Mechanical/Agri branch)

- Good technical knowledge.
- Application knowledge.
- Skills related to communication, interpersonal behaviour, negotiations, networking result orientation, problem solving, initiative, decision making, planning and listening, sustain pressure.

Job Responsibilities / Accountability (major deliverables job-holder is expected to achieve):
Sales :
- Prepare & ensure execution of monthly business plan and collections. .
- Planning & monitoring the execution of sales, sales promotion activities & aftermarket support i.e. planning at dealership, arranging Video testimonials etc.
- Weekly work planning of Sales & Service Executives and its implementation.
- New Dealer planning & Recruitment.
- Responsible for Institutional sales / corporate sales and tapping big farmers.
- Demand forecasting and product planning
- Managing commercial issues of the area.
- Liaoning with Financial Institutions and Government offices for Finance, Subsidy & tender matter.
- Market Intelligence reporting.
Sales Promotional Activity:
- Follow up of Demonstration Plans.
- Monitoring sales from enquiry generation.
- Planning & conducting sales promotional activities across the state / zone thru dealerships to generate sufficient enquires / brand name.
- Demand forecasting and product planning
- Managing commercial issues of the area if require.
