Senior Architect Role: Job Description: - Provide technical leadership in identifying and automating manual tasks using python, ansible and standard UI/UX. - Should have good understanding of latest tool stack in the market and review its applicability to Banks environment. - The roles require deep dive with various stakeholders, understand their manual activities, design and develop sustainable automations leveraging standard tech stack and generate ROI/ capacity saves. - Good in articulating the benefits, connect the strategy to operational tasks and acts as an ambassador of automations. - Incumbents typically have over 17+ years of software development/automation experience. Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership in automating manual tasks using python , ansible and standard UI/UX. - Provide analytical support in identifying automation use cases , executing development discipline and operational excellence Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Ensure compliance with standards for development, release and governance activities. - Strong ability to analyze data to identify thematic issues / areas requiring improvement Face off with Technology Executives and their Teams to coordinate and facilitate routine meetings. - Consult and guide application support teams and partners on the usage of automation tools and processes. - Communicate effectively within the US/India team and the clients Eye to detail and ability to review solutions for ROI Good understanding of latest tool stack in the market and review its applicability to Banks environment. Strong skills in Analysis, design, Development and implementation of software solutions: - Good to know ITIL framework, Telemetry and Self-healing solutions. - None Education: B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech /M.C. A - Experience Range:12 - 20 years - Foundational skills Technology Automations, Python, Ansible, API creations, Software Integration - Desired skills ITIL - Work Timings 11 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
