Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives to drive business decision-making across banking functions, including customer, operations, and product performance.
- Own design, development, and governance of executive dashboards and MIS, ensuring data accuracy, automation, and actionable insights.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics, ML, and GenAI use cases for forecasting, personalization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable deployment through ML Ops practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
- Manage and mentor analytics teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
