Job Title: Sr. Total Rewards Analyst


Location: Hyderabad, India


Job Summary:


The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst for India will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and effective total rewards programs. The role will support India HR and business stakeholders through expert consulting, data analysis, program administration, and collaboration with external partners such as market data providers, brokers, and insurers.


This position will also support and own salary market data management, job matching/pricing activities, and provide annual inputs for country-specific salary range reviews.


Key Responsibilities:


Compensation Management


- Lead the annual compensation planning process for India.


- Partner closely with HRIS teams to prepare system readiness for the compensation cycle go-live.


- Manage communication related to the compensation cycle and support HR Business Partners and compensation planners during the process.


- Conduct job evaluations, job matching, and pricing activities using multiple salary survey databases.


- Maintain and update country-specific salary market data and provide inputs for annual salary range re-definition.


Benefits Administration


- Own, update, and maintain India-specific benefits data in partnership with the global insurance broker.


- Identify opportunities for benefit harmonization, cost optimization, and process improvements.


- Conduct benchmarking activities and present findings as required.


- Lead and manage India benefits programs, including annual insurance plan reviews, flex benefits program implementation, car leasing programs, etc.


- Collaborate with local management to advise, implement, and enhance regional employee benefits offerings.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management


- Build and maintain strong working relationships with market data providers, brokers, and insurance partners.


- Collaborate with India HR leaders, TA leaders, and business heads to support communication and alignment on compensation and benefits strategies.


- Provide expert guidance on total rewards policies, frameworks, and best practices.


Program Administration & Analysis


- Support total rewards program administration and continuous improvements.


- Perform analytical reviews, propose independent solutions, and deliver insights to support business decisions.


- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.


Qualifications & Requirements:


- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.


- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within a multinational environment.


- Strong understanding of compensation concepts, market benchmarking, and benefits programs.


- Experience with flex benefits, car leasing programs, and insurance benefits administration is preferred.


- Knowledge of Life Sciences and Hi-Tech industry compensation markets is desirable.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills with the ability to propose solutions independently.


- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to partner with senior HR leaders.


- Ability to multitask and work effectively across multiple projects.


- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
