Senior Analyst - Social Listening - MR Firm

Key responsibilities will include:

- Implement tasks assigned by your Project Manager, these could be working on a particular module or the overall project.

- Follow defined processes to deliver the solution outputs accurately and on time.

- Deliver high quality results to meet your client's expectations and support your team's targets, identifying any errors and taking appropriate corrective action.

- Report the progress, status and challenges associated with tasks assigned to you and flag any risks you foresee in successful delivery of your task or the project.

- With guidance from your manager, navigate across a virtual, and cross-functional team to successfully execute the project.

- Collaborate by building relationships with others in your team to win together.

- Pursue continuous improvement, simplify tasks and processes using modern tools and technology.

- Be aware of your individual chargeability targets and seek to achieve them through prioritising recording your time against right project codes and diligently filling your timesheet.

Preferred characteristics:

- Enthusiasm for learning, with a strong desire to broaden your knowledge across the digital landscape.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both expert and non-expert audiences.

- Social Listening Experience with platforms like Brandwatch, NetBase, Sprinklr, Meltwater. Examples include category analysis, competitive analysis, or a brand health analysis.

- Working knowledge of Search Analytics and Google Trends, Keywords, data.

- Broad expertise and understanding of digital landscape, digital channels, and social media platforms.

- Working knowledge of Python with experience in running codes, debugging, etc.

- Ability to translate data into useful insights and engaging stories. Basic knowledge of creating reports in PowerPoint.
