Role Summary:
The Associate Manager / Senior Analyst Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across assigned airline routes and markets. The role involves pricing strategy, inventory control, demand forecasting, and competitive analysis in a fast-paced airline environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical judgment, quick decision-making, and high ownership in live market situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive revenue performance for assigned flight routes and markets.
- Optimize load factor and yield through effective pricing and inventory management actions.
- Monitor booking trends, demand forecasts, and passenger behavior on a continuous basis.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis covering fares, capacity, and network changes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Network teams to align market-level strategies.
- Analyze booking performance across distribution channels and fare products.
- Identify revenue opportunities and risks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for management review.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in airline revenue management, pricing, or route/market analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with RM systems is a plus.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in dynamic and competitive market conditions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Education:
- Graduate degree in analytical, quantitative, or business-related fields preferred.
- MBA / PGDM is an added advantage.
