Senior Analyst/Manager - Investment Research

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Analyst with 35 years of experience in
investment research and wealth management. The candidate must have cleared CFA Level III
and should possess strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and
valuation methodologies across asset classes like equity products, debt products, REITs,

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in portfolio analytics, asset allocation strategies, and client reporting.

- Leverage tools like AI, Excel, and other platforms to streamline financial analysis and data modeling.

- Support investment advisors with product analysis, performance benchmarking, taxation implications, and documentation.

- Maintain and update product pipelines, client investment records, and compliance checklists.

- Coordinate with AMCs, fund houses, and custodians for product data and insights.

- Generate actionable investment ideas backed by research and fundamentals.

- Contribute to thought leadership, presentations, and periodic market updates.

- Go to client meetings for presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Avid Reader and research oriented and passionate for financial markets.

- Very well versed in English communication.

- Strong understanding of financial instruments, including MF, AIF, PMS, bonds, equity, and alternatives

- Very Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and research tools

- Knowledge of QAI, basic taxation, and regulatory frameworks around investments

- Exposure to client reporting, portfolio reviews, and data entry/analysis workflows

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
