Senior Analyst/Manager - Compliance - Financial Services

We are seeking a motivated professional to join the Compliance team to work closely with attorneys and compliance specialists, ensuring that business activities are conducted in full adherence to global regulatory requirements. The Compliance function is a key component of the broader Financial Operations group and is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures across multiple regulatory frameworks.

This role offers exposure to trading, operations, and technology teams, providing opportunities to manage real-time issues related to a wide range of global investment products in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze trading activity reports to support the organization in meeting its regulatory reporting obligations.

- Prepare and submit regulatory filings involving both quantitative and qualitative assessments of trade and position data.

- Handle various filings, including ownership disclosures and takeover panel reporting, with a focus on the Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

- Collaborate with technology, analytics, and operations teams to enhance and automate compliance reporting processes.

- Work with global Compliance team members to develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures ensuring ongoing adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

- Master's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountancy (CA), or equivalent qualification.

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, trade reporting, or a related area.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Sound understanding of financial instruments and markets.

Preferred: Prior experience in the financial services industry or in a regulatory compliance role.
