About The Role: - As part of the CEO's office, you will get to experience a 360-degree view of the company journey from a strategic perspective - You will work closely with the CXOs to take on a variety of strategic projects related to our growth and GTM strategy Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making - Support product development, GTM by conducting customer research, market analysis, pricing and helping to define product requirements - Keep track of moving trends and early signals in the market and competitors' activities - Support decision-making with fact-based data analysis, discussions with senior management to enable timely decisions - Oversee strategic research, benchmarking, and data analysis undertaken by junior researchers to synthesize findings for product development - Work with the CXOs to identify strategic areas for business growth - Create and present business plans, and pitches to different stakeholders Qualifications: - 5+ years of work experience in strategy, program management, management consulting, advisory, transformation initiatives, sales enablement, M&A, VC, Corporate Strategy, Startup operating role - Any MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 or 2 B School) - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
