About the Role:

- Work directly with global leadership to research and validate high-potential business ideas

- Evaluate early-stage companies and markets through TAM analysis, unit economics, financial & operational diligence

- Build investment write-ups, thesis-driven insights & structured recommendations

- Attend discussions with founders, management teams & sector specialists to sharpen investment viewpoints

- Track and evaluate existing portfolio performance and strategic outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

- Masters in Finance / MBA / CFA with 24 years of investment research experience

- Strong research, valuation, modeling, and problem-solving ability

- Excellent communication skills and structured thinking

- Experience in venture capital / startup ecosystem is a plus
