Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support asset managers, servicers, and internal teams across asset management processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and present asset management reports to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reviews and prepare deviation analyses.
- Assist with valuation activities, business plan reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Build expertise in servicer data feeds and internal analytical tools.
- Contribute to end-to-end reporting frameworks and investment monitoring processes.
- Track covenants, manage cash movements for future fundings, and support exit strategy discussions.
Basic Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 5-13 years of relevant experience in Private Credit, Asset Management, or Financial Research.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and hands-on experience with:
1. ROI, IRR, DCF modelling
2. Financial analysis & investment performance monitoring
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of structured finance asset classes.
- Experience supporting global Asset Managers or Alternative Investment teams.
