Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Principal Analyst - Litigation - Finance - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Description:

- Build and maintain databases to track litigation claims, outcomes, and portfolio performance

- Prepare monthly/quarterly summaries of claim status and portfolio valuations

- Participate in update calls with counterparties and maintain current portfolio information

- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for valuation and pricing

- Validate funding requests against underwriting and deployment schedules

- Coordinate with internal legal teams on compliance and confidentiality requirements

- Support underwriting activities by reviewing legal and financial documentation

- Conduct ad-hoc research on public data relevant to litigation investments

- Track and maintain the investment pipeline and deal-intake metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MBA (Tier-1 preferred) / CFA / CA with 3 - 8 years of relevant experience

- Background in financial modelling, loan underwriting, litigation finance, structured credit, or asset management

- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

- Advanced proficiency in Excel

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
