Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Principal Analyst - Litigation Finance

In this role, you will create and maintain databases to track and analyze the status and outcome of claims in various litigations, including preparation of monthly or quarterly summaries of claims and portfolio values.

- You will participate in monthly/quarterly calls with counterparties to gather information and stay current on the portfolio.

- You will also project and maintain cash flow forecasts for valuation and pricing, which will involve collaboration with multiple teams within the firm.

- Additionally, you will confirm that requested fundings are consistent with documented deployment schedules and underwriting expectations and collaborate with the firm's legal team to ensure compliance with confidentiality policies and disclosure guidelines.

- You will also provide underwriting assistance by reviewing the accuracy and completeness of information provided by law firms in the engagement letters, co-counsel agreements, client intake forms, etc.

- Furthermore, you will have ad hoc responsibilities such as gathering and analyzing public data relevant to potential litigation investments and helping track the group's pipeline and deal-intake statistics.
