Senior Analyst - Global Sales Compensation

What You'll Do

- Support the administration of our incentive compensation programs for our Sales teams worldwide

- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of commission payments and presentation of commission statements utilizing Xactly

- Manage and configure data in Xactly such as quotas, employee starts/stops and LOAs, and ensure utmost accuracy by building/running validation reports

- Support our commissions inquiry process through prompt handling of tickets and informed and thoughtful responses

- Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to solve administrative challenges

- Drive operational efficiency in the sales compensation process

- Prepare and distribute sales plan documents and track through completion

- Seek to simplify, streamline and automate processes and fully leverage system capabilities

Your Background

- 5+ years of related work experience in a commissions and/or sales operations position, preferably in a SaaS business

- Experience using Salesforce CRM and commissions tools (Xactly required, others preferred)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including complex nested functions, lookups, pivot tables, and modeling. Experience with macros & VBA are a strong plus.

- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal across all levels of the company.

- Strong attention to detail and a 'Details Matter' mentality.
