Role Overview:

As a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst, you will serve as a critical link between complex financial data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate financial reports that provide stakeholders with a clear view of the companys fiscal health. Working closely with cross-functional finance teams and senior leadership, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving process improvements that enhance the efficiency and transparency of our reporting cycles. Your work directly influences the accuracy of our financial disclosures and supports the organization in maintaining its competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

- Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers of financial performance, providing actionable insights to management.

- Manage the reconciliation of complex general ledger accounts to maintain the integrity of financial records and support audit readiness.

- Coordinate with regional finance teams to consolidate data and ensure adherence to global reporting standards and local statutory requirements.

- Drive the automation of reporting workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve the speed and reliability of financial deliverables.

- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing historical data and trend analysis to facilitate informed planning.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, reporting standards, and the ability to interpret complex financial data sets with high precision.

- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities, with a proven ability to manage large volumes of data for reporting purposes.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders clearly and effectively.

- A collaborative mindset, capable of working within a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining high standards of professional integrity.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferably with a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting roles, demonstrating a track record of managing end-to-end reporting cycles.
