Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced professionals in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Revenue, Balance Sheet, and Cost reporting, and the ability to support senior management with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Manage revenue, balance sheet, and cost reporting for banking operations.

- Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

- Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.

- Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.

- Work on process improvements and automation initiatives.

Good to Have:

- Hands-on experience with Alteryx and Power BI.
