The client is a outsourcing giant and its Research & Advisory team works on complex and intensive projects primarily ranging from market / competitor intelligence, market entry strategies and support on multiple strategy initiatives.  Role specs:  Shall be responsible for :  - Understanding the project scope given by client & also analyse the business problem faced by the client to scope out unexpressed requirements.  - Handle project management issues.  - Meeting client requirements and expectations and schedule client calls.  - Lead, guide, mentor team members.   - Develop analytical frameworks and research protocols.   - Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key organizational processes and systems  Shift Time: 12 - 9 pm.  Candidate specs:  - Strong MS Office skills & expertise with key research databases   - Willing to travel aboard on long term engagements  - MBA + an undergraduate degree in engineering, economics or science   - Relevant experience in business research or advisory services for at least 6 years with KPOs, research and analytics firms or consulting / advisory firms   - Relevant experience in leading project teams and handled complex projects.  - Experience in domains such as transportation, nuclear power, government outsourcing and familiarity with EMEA, UK, Americas.   NO Equity research profiles please.
