Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals with mandatory hands-on experience using Intex for structured finance cashflow modeling and deal analysis. You will join our Asset Based Finance (ABF) team, supporting investment management, underwriting, and monitoring of Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) deals for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles, with increasing leadership for B3)

Intex Modeling (Mandatory ): Develop, update, and run cashflow models for structured finance deals using Intex. Monitor key metrics, run stress scenarios, and analyze impact on repayments.

Deal Management : Collaborate with ABF Deal Analysts on investment monitoring activities.

IC Memos & Term Sheets : Support Investment Committee memos; analyze credit agreements, indentures, and note purchase agreements.

Due Diligence & Collateral Analysis: Perform pre-deal due diligence, stratify collateral pools using Python; create asset-level one-pagers.

Surveillance & Reporting : Update surveillance data, create management presentations, and track deal-level covenants/KPIs.

Asset Valuation & Sector Analysis : Track revaluation events; update monthly sector-level presentations.

Client Compliance & Ad Hoc Projects : Ensure compliance with investor requirements; assess macro-event impacts as requested.

Tools : Proficient in Intex, Python, Tableau, Street Diligence, Sigma, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Skills Required

MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification.

Mandatory : Hands-on experience with Intex cashflow modeling for ABS, CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, or other structured finance products.
